Brittani is a senior at Boise State University graduating with a degree in Dual Elementary/Special Education, and plans on pursuing her Master’s Degree from the University of Alabama in the spring. She is not only an officer for the Teaching club on campus but the president for the Best Buddies Boise State chapter. Brittani currently works as a gymnastics coach and is the director of Idaho’s first adaptive gymnastics program through the Game Changers organization.

Caroline, 20, currently attends the University of Arizona where she is a member of the Phi Beta Phi Sorority and is working towards a career in investment banking. Caroline loves children and is a Club Representative for the Arizona Mentor Society, where she tutors middle school students weekly. Caroline has worked as a swim teacher, is a certified personal trainer, and plans to use her title as Miss Idaho USA to advocate for childhood obesity.

Hailie, 27, is an Idaho native passionate about traveling and service above self. Attending college in North Dakota on an athletic scholarship she served as a four-year captain, held the title of Miss North Dakota US 2017 and completed her B.S. in Art and digital design. Hailie has served in the Idaho National guard for seven years as an Aircraft Armament technician and is currently pursuing a career as an A-10 fighter pilot.

Heaven is a 20-year-old Southern Idaho native that spends most of her time loving her job as a coffee shop manager. She is a Sophomore, majoring in Dance, at the College of Southern Idaho and plans to continue her studies at ISU. Heaven has been a dancer for 17 years and aspires to create an arts academy where low income, under-privileged children can earn a quality arts education. She spends her time reading, writing poetry, and modeling for local photographers.

Jackie, 22, is going into her last semester at Boise State University and obtaining a Bachelorsdegree in Health Science. She then plans on pursuing a career in dental hygiene, aiming to change one smile at a time. She loves donating her time creating blankets for the pediatric floor at St. Luke’s in Boise. She hopes to win the title of Miss Idaho USA to be an advocate for children’s hospitals across the gem state.

Jordana earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Washington State University debt-free with academic scholarships. She is an American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) IF/THEN® Ambassador where she activates a culture shift among young girls and encourages them to pursue Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) careers. Jordana currently works as a Research Regulatory Coordinator at St. Luke’s Health System for pharmaceutical clinical trials in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Fruitland and Twin Falls.

Kaitlyn is currently attending college working towards her degree in Business Administration. She enjoys volunteering in her community at her Church as well as with Veterans and at-risk youth programs. Kaitlyn is an advocate for Mental Health Awareness and Suicide Prevention. The youngest of 4 children, she has 7 dogs and 3 cats. She enjoys being outdoors, loves all types of music and spending time with friends and family.

An Honors graduate of Wofford College, Kaity earned degrees in French, Finance, and Accounting.  She is an Idaho native with over 10 years of fashion business experience and is in the process of expanding her clothing store to multiple locations. As a founding member of The Hive, a women’s co-working space, she empowers other future female entrepreneurs. She credits her love of community service to her father, the mayor of Coeur d’Alene.

Katarina Schweitzer holds a Masters of Education in Early Childhood and Special Education, and a certificate in Infant and Toddler Mental Health from Boise State University. She is an alumna of Alpha Chi Omega, the National Honors Society, and is a previous NJROTC Cadet Commander! When not teaching, Katarina enjoys runs with her dog, and watching or playing football. Katarina comes from a military family and has spearheaded a program called Operation Support Our Troops!

Katie is pursuing her master’s degree in Early Child Development at University of Washington with a future aspiration to become a Child Life Specialist in the medical field. She has a created a campaign, COPE, “Children Overcoming Parental Emptiness” to bring a sense of purpose for every individual through positive activities, real-life experience, and sense of connection through an outreach program.  Katie is an extreme sport enthusiast who runs her own Esthetics business.

Lyssa, 20, was born and raised in Pocatello and is a senior at the University of Montana. She plans to move to Japan post-baccalaureate to become an English teacher for rural K-12 schools. Additionally, Lyssa dreams of being a bestselling author and is in the late stages of completing her debut novel. In her free time, Lyssa serves her school as an ASUM Senator and is a passionate law enforcement and child welfare advocate.

Rachelle was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska and has 5 brothers and 1 sister. She graduated high school and moved to Utah to work and save money to attend school at BYU-Idaho to study Business Management. If Rachelle wins, she plans to use her platform to give voice anyone who has experienced bullying and help them find the courage within to stand up and overcome the challenges before them in their lives.

Samantha, 21, was born and raised in Idaho. She is a Certified Nursing Assistant, model, and high school soccer coach. She is majoring in nursing specializing in pediatrics as well as majoring in social services. Samantha is a strong advocate for spreading awareness about domestic violence and sexual assault, she is the creator/host of the “Your Voice is Heard Fashion Show,” an event that helps raise money for a local nonprofit sanctuary in Boise.

A graduate of Johns Hopkins University and Bryn Mawr College, Sierra holds an MS in Biotechnology and a BA in Psychology. Her love of community service began at age 10: she founded PB&J Week to benefit Idaho food banks, and since then, has dedicated over 1600 hours to various projects. Currently, she is working on implementing equal education policy legislation for rural Idaho students. In the Fall of 2021, Sierra will attend medical school.

Sierra is studying Mechanical Engineering at Boise State University. The Idaho Society of Engineers recently recognized her as the #1 student in her graduating class. She published her first book at the age of 20, describing her journey living with type 1 diabetes. In 2017, Sierra rode her bicycle from New York City to San Francisco to raise money for a diabetes non-profit, and has also given 100+ motivational speeches in 30+ states.

Taylor, 20, attends Boise State University majoring in Communications with an emphasis in Journalism. As a dedicated and ambitious leader, Taylor has taken on many roles throughout her career and continuously does so with pure intentionality and heart. She is always ready for the next big move and has a joy about her that’s contagious to others. Taylor plans to use the title of Miss Idaho USA to make change by action while supporting all women to become fearless and confident leaders.
