2019 Miss Idaho USA Contestants

Bailey Robison
BANNOCK COUNTYBailey, age 20, attends Idaho State University, majoring in Business Finance. With the ultimate goal of becoming a personal financial advisor. She currently works at Sanctuary Wealth Management. In her spare time, Bailey supports local Child Advocacy centers by raising awareness at events. She is an active advocate for preventing child sexual abuse. She would like to use the title of Miss Idaho USA to be a catalyst for positive change and building self-confidence.

Carlie Callahan
REXBURGWith a passion to have all voices heard, this 21-year-old is studying communications at Brigham Young University. Carlie Callahan, aspires to work as a broadcast journalist, for a major news network. After traveling and serving as a missionary in South America, Carlie has fallen in love with connecting, learning and serving people from all walks of life. As the first to attend college in her family, this multi-dimensional student advocates education and high ethical values.

Charlie Muraski
MOUNTAIN HOMECharlie, 26, a Boise State alumna, currently works her dream job as a 3rd Grade Teacher in her hometown, Mountain Home! Along with her passion for kids, she works as a development director for 4TheAbility and tutors math. Living and traveling in Europe at a young age rendered her infatuation with history. Charlie can also be recognized on social media as an influencer and thrives off social interactions any chance she gets!

Billie Gardner
EAGLEBillie Gardner is a senior at Pepperdine University graduating with a bachelor’s degree in political science and certification in conflict resolution and management. Billie is a three-year division 1 athlete on Pepperdine’s Track team. Meanwhile, she coaches youth track here at the downtown Boise YMCA. With a passion for social justice, Billie hopes to one day become the first female African American president of the united states to fight for the equal rights of all Americans.

Ellie McCray
BOISEEllie is a Business Administration student at Boise State University. As a Victoria’s Secret PINK Rep, she is honored to work with a brand that promotes authentic, individual beauty. She is an avid athlete and has accomplished open water swims, triathlons, and a half marathon. She is passionate about races because they contribute to local organizations and research for life changing illnesses. Ellie hopes to utilize her platform to increase attention towards these awareness races.

Heaven Leigh
CASSIA COUNTYHeaven Alves, 19, is currently attaining her associate’s degree at the College of Southern Idaho, majoring in Dance. When finishing at CSI she will transfer to Idaho State University to complete her Dance Education Degree and Minor in Business. A goal in her life is to start an arts academy where all students can attend regardless of income. Heaven hopes to use her title to make Dance an art class in all public schools.

Jackie Andreason
TREASURE VALLEYJackie, 21, is a senior at Boise State University and will be graduating with her bachelor’s degree in Health Science. She then plans on applying to dental hygiene school within the next few years. She loves donating her time to creating blankets for the pediatric floor at St. Luke’s here in Boise. She hopes to win the title of Miss Idaho USA to be an advocate for children’s hospitals across the state of Idaho.

Jenni Wadsworth
POCATELLOJenni, 25, is an Independent Business Owner and Entrepreneur. After obtaining her degree in Event management and Early Childhood Education, she determined the best thing she could do was to educate herself in the world of business. Jenni is now working towards being a motivational speaker and mentor in finance and building a debt-free future. If chosen as Miss Idaho USA, she hopes to help those with mental health challenges such as Depression or Anxiety.

Jordana Dahmen
INLAND EMPIREJordana earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Washington State University debt-free with academic scholarships. She is a speaker at TEDxSeattle 2019 where she will share her journey in pageantry and platform of Shattering STEM Stereotypes. Jordana is an American Association of Adaptive Sciences(AAAS) IF/THEN® Ambassador where she serves as a national high profile STEM role model for middle school girls. She currently works as a Research Regulatory Coordinator for oncology pharmaceutical trials in Boise.

Jordyn Chessmore
MERIDIANAfter graduating Boise State University, Jordyn, 27, joined her family’s business, Safety Child Program. Safety Child manufactures customized safety, medical and emergency products for children and schools nationwide. The flexibility of Jordyn’s position allows her to work remotely, giving her the opportunity to travel and pursue her love for media and entertainment. With the title of Miss Idaho USA, Jordyn would like to also bring awareness to sun safety and skin cancer prevention.

Kaitlyn Bunes
COEUR D'ALENEKaitlyn is the youngest of four siblings and has a total of ten pets. She is currently pursuing her dream of opening a salon and cafe by studying cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School. Her compassionate heart drives her to advocate for mental health awareness and suicide prevention, in addition to volunteering in her community with at-risk women, children, and animals. Kaitlyn is a youth leader at her church and loves a good hike.

Kaity Widmyer
LAKE COEUR D'ALENEAn Honors graduate of Wofford College, Kaity Widmyer earned degrees in French, Finance, and Accounting. She is an Idaho native with 20 years of modeling and 10 years of fashion experience, and dreams of expanding her vintage clothing store to multiple locations. Kaity’s partnership with the United Nations Sustainable Development Program has helped spread her platform “It’s Nothing New” nationwide. She credits her love of community service to her father, the mayor of Coeur d’Alene.

Kimberly Layne
NAMPAKim is 25 years old and was born and raised in the state of Idaho. After serving as Miss Idaho Teen USA 2012, she studied at Cornell University and graduated with honors in research. Currently, Kim is at Washington State University (Go Cougs!) pursuing a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and a Master of Public Health. She’s also a trained barre instructor and an aspiring business owner.

Lydia Shearman
ADA COUNTYLydia is currently a blood bank tech at the American Red Cross, where she also donates blood every 56 days. She is also Currently a student at CWI and the Emergency Medical Academy where she is pursuing her EMT certification and her Nursing RN. She also competes in the collegiate debate circuit. In her free time, she dresses up as Elsa from Frozen and volunteers.

Paige Jensen
VALLEY COUNTYPaige, 26, is a sushi-enthusiast from Idaho. Currently building her career as Queen of Sales for the World’s largest pageant resource, Paige discovered a means to combine her M.B.A degree with her love for pageantry. This Idaho girl doesn’t stay put for long as she seeks every opportunity to travel and explore. Paige is a firm believer that life is better spent outside of one’s comfort zone and that everything looks better in rose gold.

Samantha Townsend
CANYON COUNTYSamantha, 20, is born and raised in Idaho. She is a Certified Nursing Assistant and model, majoring in Nursing with hopes of not only becoming a pediatric nurse, but a youth pastor as well. She is also a very strong advocate for spreading awareness of domestic violence and sexual assault, being she is a survivor of both she hosted a Fashion Show this summer to raise money for the local nonprofit sanctuary in Boise.

Sierra Norman
MAGIC VALLEYSierra attends Johns Hopkins University, where she is preparing to pursue a career as a pediatric psychiatrist. From a young age, Sierra has been extremely passionate about serving others, especially children. Her personal initiatives from childhood hunger to educational rights have earned her awards and recognition on local, state, and national levels. Sierra will bring this same work ethic and dedication to service to the title of Miss Idaho USA and the Miss Universe Organization.
