Alexia Holaday
GREATER REXBURGAlexia Holaday is completing her sophomore year at Brigham young university Idaho. She is majoring in sociology and plans on becoming a forensic anthropologist. Her platform involves working with veterans and is something she is very passionate about. In fact it helped her choose her future career. She is originally from San Diego California but has quickly fallen in love with Idaho and the beautiful countryside.
Ashley Lagrou
SOUTH BOISEAshley Lagrou will earn degree in Health Science with a minor in Psychology in December 2018. She aspires to dedicate her life to a career as a pediatric physician’s assistant. Ashley works in the Emergency Department as a medical scribe where she is rewarded everyday by helping others. She would use her title as Miss Idaho USA to be of service to her state and to expand knowledge about healthcare resources available to her community.
Billie Gardner
EAGLEBillie is a junior at Pepperdine University majoring in political Science and religious studies with the hopes of one day becoming the first African American female president. She currently runs on the women’s track and field team at Pepperdine and coaches youth track at the Boise YMCA. With a deep love for social justice Billie would like to use the title of Miss Idaho USA to help spread awareness about youth homelessness in Idaho.
Carli Pucci
MOSCOWCarli, 19, is a sophomore in college working toward her nursing degree. She was raised in beautiful Sandpoint, Idaho and has learned to appreciate everything outdoors. She is very passionate about the environment and because of the devastating wildfires that have recently occurred in North Idaho, she has taken the initiative to plant trees. She hopes to gain the title of Miss Idaho USA and raise awareness to help rebuild forests in North Idaho.
Danielle Davidson
MERIDIANDanielle is a graduate student at Arizona State, in their online master’s in TESOL program. She works as an ESL instructor at the College of Western Idaho and hopes to get a PhD in Applied Linguistics, to become a professor and instruct at the post-secondary level. She spent two years in Korea for school, an internship, and work, and she loves to share about the importance of early literacy skills in her community.
Ericka Powers
COEUR D'ALENEEricka, 18, was born and raised in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. She aspires to be a marine biologist. She went to the University of New England in Maine as a high school sophomore to take a coastal marine biology class. In order to get to the college, she drove across the country which allowed her to see Washington DC, Philadelphia, Boston, and New York. She is excited to represent Coeur d’Alene in this years Miss Idaho USA.
Hannah Menzner
CAPITOL CITYHannah is a Boise native and recently graduated from the University of Virginia. As she begins her business career in consulting, she looks forward to achieving her ultimate goal of starting her own company. Hannah is Mental Health First Aid certified and created her platform “Saving Lives: Preventing Suicide in our Young Adults” after volunteering for a crisis hotline. She plans to use the title of Miss Idaho USA to improve Idaho’s approach to suicide.
Hayley Williams
ADA COUNTYHayley is a senior at Boise State University studying pre-occupational therapy/psychology with high honors. She has traveled to over 8 different countries and has volunteered with numerous organizations across her community. Hayley’s goal in life is to one day work in a NICU and help rehabilitate premature and struggling newborns. If crowned Miss Idaho USA Hayley would use her platform to advocate for mental health awareness and to end the stigma across her community.
Katarina Schweitzer
TREASURE VALLEYKatarina Schweitzer is obtaining her Masters of Education in Early Childhood and Special Education and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Boise State University. She is an alumna of Alpha Chi Omega, the National Honors Society and is a proud Thespian! When not teaching middle schoolers’, Katarina enjoys runs with her dog, and watching or playing football. Katarina comes from a military family and has spearheaded a program called Operation Support Our Troops!
Kathryn Moore
BOISEKathryn is a freshman at Boise State University Honors College double majoring in Pre-Dental/Environmental Studies. She plans to become a pediatric dentist and open a practice incorporating therapy dogs to calm patients with dental anxiety. She has played competitive soccer for many years and is active in her Church, particularly with youth ministry. She is grateful for the support of her family and UP Pageantry as she represents Boise in her quest to become Miss Idaho USA 2019.
Kristin Michael
LEWISTONKristin is a 23-year-old college graduate from University of Idaho. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Science, Minor in Business, and is a Pi Beta Phi alumna. Currently, she works full time as a multi-media consultant and as a cheer coach to a local junior high school. She enjoys spending her time with friends and family, walking the family dog, and waiting for ski season. This is her first pageant experience.
Natalie Campbell
STARBorn and raised in beautiful Idaho, Natalie is proud to call it home! She is devoted to living a healthy and
fit lifestyle. Her passion to help others drives her to contribute her time to Make-A-Wish, St. Lukes Children’s Hospital, and the Ronald McDonald House. Natalie enjoys spending time with her horse “King” and shooting her bow. She would love to promote Health/Wellness and the importance of fitness
with the title of Miss Idaho USA!

GREATER ADA COUNTYPaola is currently a Creative Stylist at Lunatic Fringe in Boise. Having the opportunity to connect with her community is a joy, but having the chance to serve her community by making people feel confident and beautiful is a blessing. She feels lucky to have a platform to do so and a team that shares her passion, vision, and drive. Her goal is to spread confidence and self-love to everyone she meets.
Samantha Townsend
NAMPASamantha, 19, was born and raised in Nampa, Idaho, and is excited to be representing her city in this year’s pageant! She is a registered CNA and a professionally trained/signed model. She is currently attending the University of Idaho to pursue the career of pediatric nursing. She is a volunteer for the women and children’s alliance in Boise with hopes to use the USA pageant as a way to help spread awareness about domestic violence.
Sami Wade
MOUNTAIN HOMESami is a 20 year old social media influencer, body image activist, healthy eating blogger and recipe creator. Sami hopes to use her organization, RdoubleHY, to impact, empower and inspire others to be confident in who they are and how they are shaped. Sami is in the process of creating RdoubleHY into a business for healthy eating recipes, tips for being confident and a tool to help guide others in accepting who they are.
Shelby Brown
WEST BOISEShelby is a 24 year old makeup artist and hair stylist from Boise, Idaho. Shelby attended Boise State University on an academic scholarship, earning a Bachelors in Supply Chain Management. On top of
working on photoshoots sets, red carpets, and backstage for numerous state and national pageants, she recently founded Marquess Beauty, her line of Reusable Silk and Mink lashes. Eventually she dreams to expand this into a full cosmetics line and chain of salons.
Sierra Norman
MAGIC VALLEYSierra is a Psychology/Pre-Medical major at Bryn Mawr College and will be pursuing a career as a pediatric psychiatrist. From a young age, Sierra has shown great compassion for helping others, especially children. Her efforts for causes from childhood hunger to educational rights have earned her awards and recognition on state and national levels. Sierra hopes to bring this same service to the title of Miss Idaho USA and the Miss Universe Organization.
Tori Tennant
LES BOISTori Tennant is a 18 year old, bubbly and fun, girl who attends Timberline High School. Tori is a senior this year and is applying to colleges that seek her interest of the health science field. Tori strives to help others on a day to day basis whether it’s a big or small task as well as helping a stranger, family, friends, or animals. She has a strong passion for animals which also interests her for her future profession.
