Born and raised in the city of Boise, Alexa enjoys being an active member of her community. She spends time volunteering at her favorite organizations, such as The Idaho Humane Society and the Ronald McDonald House of Idaho. Additionally, she takes her academics very seriously. Alexa skipped her sophomore year of high school and is involved in Capital High School’s national DECA chapter. She also finds passion and pride in being a Capital High cheerleader!

Bronte is a model with a love for fashion. Raised with 10 people under one house two of which were mentally disabled. Her family learned to count their blessings and focus on the positives. She’s also an Honors student, Student Council Member, Key Club member, volunteer, and teacher at a daycare hoping to help positively impact the next generation. She quotes “I am not just eye candy, I am Soul food”.

Emily-Rose Kelly is an outgoing seventeen year old, currently attending her senior year at Filer High School. She has been happy to be a resident of Idaho for three years, and enjoys playing sports, being outside in nature, and participating in her many hobbies. She is a member of National Honor Society, a member of the Filer High School speech team, and a soprano in the Filer High School Honor Choir.

Emma is a sophomore at Cole Valley Christian Schools. She is a firm believer in working to achieve your goals and loves spending time with her family. Emma takes both honors and college courses while also participating in high school and club level basketball. Emma enjoys spending her time outdoors and loves having the opportunity to help young children learn and grow. She volunteers her time with Habitat for Humanity, Upwards Basketball, and various church events.

Beautiful Twin Falls is home to Hayli. She loves being active and participating in outdoor activities. Hayli has increased involvement in the community and her personal involvement with people with special needs. Hayli’s brothers inspire her by overcoming struggles while remaining a positive light in her life. After high school, Hayli will attend college to become a lawyer, and is on her school debate and speech team.  Thank you to her sponsors and support system.

Jacy is a 17 year old freshman at Boise State University Honors College, graduating high school with a 4.1 GPA and academic honors. Her interests include in psychology, law, and science. She was active in her school’s Outdoor Adventure Club, Christian Athlete’s Club, peer mentoring and leadership. She has played competitive soccer and softball for many years, while active in youth group. Driven, funny, and kind, she is excited about her new adventure in Idaho!

Kaitlyn is a sophomore at Cascade High School. She loves serving her small community and finds happiness in volunteering as a Junior Firefighter/EMT. She enjoys volleyball, basketball, track, paddle-boarding, four-wheeling, and rabbit and lamb 4-H projects. After high school, Kaitlyn hopes to attend the University of Oregon for basketball and obtain a degree in flight nursing. Kaitlyn is incredibly thankful for the people that have supported her many dreams.

Kaitlyn is a High School junior, and has started on her higher education by enrolling in college courses this fall. A four-year business owner, she is also active in her community. Her volunteer work includes Children’s Village, ‘Just us Girls’ and the Humane Society. She is also a strong advocate for mental health awareness and suicide prevention. Kaitlyn looks forward to representing her community and state in whatever capacity the future has in store for her.

Kiera is 17 years old and a senior this year, go class of 2018! She has a deep passion for writing, creating fictional stories and plenty of poetry. She loves to do anything that involves arts and crafts; playing with different materials to make her own creative projects. She’s open to many new things and is very aware of the world around her, hoping to make it a better place one step at a time.

Macy is a senior at Boise High, and is very devoted to her school and community. Macy is in the National Honor Society, Brave Empowerment Network, and Boise High Peer Mentor Program. She is a cheerleader and a varsity softball captain. Macy shares her passion volunteering for St. Luke’s, OneStone, FitOne, YMCA, and the Assistance League of Idaho just to name a few organizations. She plans to attend the University of San Diego.

Natalie is a recent graduate from Eagle High. Her compassion for children with life threatening disabilities drives her to contribute her time to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, as well as St. Luke’s Hospital, where she brightens the day of local children with glitter tattoos. Natalie is a Pre-K teacher, enriching the lives of the children through self-esteem and developmental support. Natalie enjoys horseback riding with her horse “King.” She is committed to living a healthy and fit lifestyle.

Regan is a Senior at Capital High School. She currently plays rugby and is actively involved in Capitals DECA Chapter where she serves as Vice -President. Regan wants to share her platform and advocate for women and children who are victims of sexual assault. She likes to look at life through an optimistic lenses seeing that not every situation will always turn out the way it planned.

Renee, a Junior at Pocatello High School, who loves Marching Band and plays 8 instruments. Renee also works at Little Caesars and enjoys riding her horse, Chief. She feels the best way to succeed is to work hard and always try your best. Renee loves animals and during the summer volunteers for PAWS, an organization that rescues animals. After High School she plans on majoring in music and becoming a Flight Paramedic.

Her future goal is to become a doctor.

As a recent graduate from Eagle High School, Shelby plans on attending Oliver Finely Academy to pursue her passion for cosmetology. Throughout high school Shelby was active in California’s Agricultural Department which has contributed to her advanced placement college courses. She is dedicated to competitive horse back riding, spending her nights at the gym, and hiking Idaho’s beautiful mountains. Along with two other siblings, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Although Shelby works at Nike, she dedicates a great amount of her time helping others with confidence and ambitions. She is adamant about living a healthy lifestyle, being active, and most importantly staying positive.

She has spent all her childhood participating in multiple cheerleading teams, Tessa has learned the importance of responsibility and has gained the attributes of determination and dedication. Tessa spends time cheerleading, riding horses, living a healthy lifestyle, and volunteering in her community.

Tess loves to travel, and spent time this summer volunteering at hospitals in the Dominican Republic. Her future plans include college to prepare for a career in medicine.
